I have been involved in the interactive marketing industry for 10+ years, and have seen my fair share of companies falter as well as excel. Something that most great companies have in common is the way they put their customers at the center of their business, combining excellent service with a remarkable product or service. This blog is designed to highlight the missteps as well as recognize the stars.

    AQUIS COMMUNICATIONS-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We have been doing business with Aquis for four years, and there have been numerous problems. Billing errors, Equipment and service problems. When i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager about the issues we are having I was told one was not available? How can a manager not be available to discuss issues customers have? I was advised a manager would call me back in one to two business days, that was 8 days ago????

    Thanks for sharing your experience with Aquis Communications.

    You just described one of my biggest pet peeves when dealing with customer service departments. There are a rare few companies that will actually have someone call you back as they “promise”.

    It appears that common courtesy has flown the coop.
